The Collective Minds Community offers specialised learning bundles, yearly overviews & resources which are available online. Members will receive access to our editable ‘Home Education Program Form’, created for the purpose of making your application to your Home Education Department simple and easy!

Your child has special needs, will home learning suit them?

It is important to remember that every child’s learning journey is unique and no one knows your child better than you! The needs of many children are not being met in the traditional overcrowded schooling system. However, home schooling offers an alternative and flexible pathway for children to learn at their own pace. Through a holistic approach to education, your child can organically work and build strong connections to their learning & to the wider community. This means your child’s talents and individual needs will be explored, and not lost in a classroom of thirty children.

How do our learning bundles cater to your individual child’s needs?

The Collective Minds Community recognises that each child has their own unique learning style and individual needs, which is why we have created a wide range of open-ended self-paced learning experiences. Each learning bundle was created with the intention of being flexible, so that interest-based experiences can be adapted when needed. Home schooling provides a safe and supportive environment that motivates and allows each child to feel success. We at The Collective Minds Community promote spontaneous teaching moments and encourage your involvement in local community groups, including connection with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations.
